She has extensive experience in providing functional capacity evaluations of clients with a range of conditions affecting their mental or physical health.
She provides vocational case management and return to work services for clients who are re-entering the workplace following illness or injury.
René has experience in the field of paediatrics and vocational rehabilitation.
She has substantial experience in doing medico-legal work across different diagnostic groups and different ages.

Phumla is passionate about improving the health care system, the experience of persons with disabilities and the transitional experience of ill or injured persons back into the workplace.
Phumla has a special interest in absenteeism and incapacity management, ergonomics, vocational rehabilitation, functional capacity evaluations and case management across various diagnosis.
Deline has special interests in performing functional capacity evaluations, undertaking case management, equipping clients for work and performing claims assessor work.
Vocational case management may include counselling and encouragement, referral to services, co-ordination of service provision, support and facilitation into work.
In the client's workplace the Occupational Therapist will primarily evaluate the environment, ergonomics and the inherent requirements of the job in order to make recommendations.
- Assess and identify those duties and tasks that are suitable for a worker.
- Identify and negotiate ways in which work tasks may be modified to meet work requirements.
